01 Personalised Therapeutic Massage

The individual is a whole and complete organism - everything is connected and interrelated. The human body has an inbuilt ability to heal itself when it is in balance, both physically and mentally. Therefore, the aim of a therapeutic massage is to assist the body in healing itself by supporting and improving its natural balance.

In addressing your issues and in accordance with your physical and mental condition,
we apply a combination of Deep Tissue massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Remedial Massage and Myofascial Release.

Another particularity of our therapeutic massage treatment is our extensive aromatherapy knowledge. Aromatherapy makes use of essential oils that are revered for their healing properties. These oils are concentrated, pure, all natural essences, taken from botanic elements such as flowers, fruit, seeds, and leaves. Aromatherapy works pharmacologically, physiologically and psychologically. Therefore, to accompany a therapeutic massage, we carefully select and blend a mix of essential oils that we feel will be of benefit to your current physical and mental state or condition.

02 Hydrating and Exfoliating Back Treatment

Our Hydrating and exfoliating back treatment starts with a hot steam and natural, exfoliating cream to open the pores. This is followed by a personalised aromatherapy massage; to reduce stress and tension and concluded with the application of a hydrating and purifying mask plus moisturizing serum, leaving the skin smooth and supple.

This treatment also helps treat acne prone skin and can prevent further breakouts. A special treatment for a special person or special occasion.

01 Personalised Original Organic Treatment

A personalised facial to remove dead skin cells, deeply cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. This treatment starts with a facial steaming, followed by a two-steps cleansing and a peeling mask. This is followed by an oil massage, freshly mixed beneficial oils; specifically chosen for your individual skin type, needs and concerns. This attentive manual face massage comprises elements of shiatsu and lymphatic drainage, which not only purifies, softens and revitalises the skin, but also stimulates blood circulation; eliminating toxins and improving the overall appearance of the skin. An illuminating facial mask, hydrating toner and moisturising treatment complete the treatment. All procedures are enhanced with therapeutic essential oils, which harmonise body and mind. The products used are organic and 100% natural. This facial is a truly luxurious experience.

02 Organic Argan Anti-Aging Treatment

With more than 75% unsaturated fatty acids, Argan oil has a restorative and regenerative effect on the skin. Rich in vitamin E, sterols and phenolic compounds, it also has powerful antioxidant properties that fight against premature aging. This anti-aging treatment consists of a two steps cleanse, starting with a facial steaming and followed by a peeling mask. A lifting and lymphatic drainage massage is performed with the richly nourishing organic argan oil, leaving the skin firm and supple. This treatment is then completed by the application of an illuminating antioxidant facial mask, hydrating toner and vitamin E moisturiser. All procedures are enhanced with therapeutic essential oils, to harmonise body and mind. All products used are 100% natural.

03 Japanese Beauty Treatment

Tsubaki (Camellia) oil has been an essential part of Japanese beauty rituals for centuries. Obtained by cold pressing camellia leaves. This unrefined organic oil contains 80% oleic acid, which is very effective in enhancing the skin’s ability to retain moisture. It is easily absorbed into the lower layers of skin, working on cell growth and improving skin elasticity from within. This treatment consists of a deep cleanse and facial steaming followed by a peeling mask. A massage with tsubaki oil leaves the skin smooth, nourished and hydrated. This treatment is completed by the application of an illuminating komenuka (high in vitamin E, rice bran) facial mask, hydrating toner and moisturiser. All procedures are enhanced with therapeutic essential oils, which harmonise body and mind. All products used are 100% natural.

05 Reborn Foot Peeling with Bergamot and Lavender

This foot treatment starts with a dead sea salt exfoliating treatment before a foot massage with enriched and nourishing 100% pure natural oils. The grains of the salt are rich in minerals and not only exfoliate the skin but revive tired feet, leaving them soft and silky. This foot massage also improves circulation, and balances the nervous system.
