Shipping
Standard Delivery :
We ship orders from Germany worldwide.
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days.
However, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holiday periods.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
SHIPPING COSTS :
Shipping within Germany is free on all orders of 120 EUR or more.
Shipping cost is calculated by weight of total orders.
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS :
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Returns
The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. New, unused items with their original packaging and all original tags attached may be returned to RYOKO within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).
Refunds will be issued via original payment method within two weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective or damaged. Customers are expected to bear the costs incurred when returning an item. RYOKO cannot accept responsibility or compensate such costs.
