We are looking for a multifaceted individual to join our small, passionate team in Berlin! 

 

This role combines hands-on production with responsibilities in marketing and communication. Fluency in both German and English is essential, at a bilingual level — along with excellent communication skills, a positive, open-minded attitude, and unique talents that can help elevate our brand. 

 

As part of a small team, your role will be dynamic and varied — from supporting daily operations such as managing and fulfilling online orders, to assisting with production and coordinating projects with our partners. You should be a freelancer and available to work at our studio in Neukölln, 2.5 days per week.

 

We value a grounded and clear presence — someone who is responsible, honest, flexible, and committed to growing with us long-term. A connection to nature, paired with a passion for creativity, is important to us. We truly appreciate a keen eye for uniqueness and a desire to contribute beyond routine tasks.
