P A I R I N G S
Tea began thousands of years ago as a medicine and grew into a beverage. It can seem such an insignificant thing in our daily routine that we often forget to activate our senses while drinking it. Preparing tea in the Gongfu Cha method and savouring it, sip by sip, is a practice of slowing down, becoming aware of our surroundings, and connecting with our body in a mindful way.
In our intimate Chinese tea session, Lin carefully brews for you the finest, most delicate, whole leaf tea from China and Taiwan, while a thoughtful and stunning, plant-based sweet accompaniment, crafted by Christine to compliment the tea, delights your eyes as much as your taste.
Because of the current contact restrictions, we are only able to whole session bookings. i.e. one booking per session – each session, however, is allowed a maximum of four participants, of your choosing.
It is recommended that those participants be related or close contacts.
We will not be able to take single-seat bookings and allocate you to a group with unknowns at this time.
We see this as a chance to experience something exclusive, similar to a classic ryokan experience. Any questions please contact us at email@example.com
All Tea Sessions (up to four participants) are 100 euros and have a duration of 1.5 hours.
